The billing that you receive in October 2006 is $100/lot that you own. It is a special paving assessment that is voted on annually. It is used only for paving the roads . The $65/lot billing that you got in June is the MRMA (Mandatory Road Maintenance Assessment. It is used primarily for the maintenance of the roads (grading, gravel, labor, etc.)

As of December, 2005 there will be a fee of $200 added to any delinquent accounts for which OLCA files a lien, or an additional $100 where a lien has already been filed. Additionally, 10% APR interest will be charged effective 12/15/2005 on all outstanding road fees.

At the 12/21/2005 the Board of Directors authorized the actual filing of foreclosure actions on owners with delinquent fees in accordance with the Bylaws.
